The Slingshot Dwarf Craft V2 hydrofoil set with Hover Glide Fkite V6 is one of the best non-carbon all-round hydrofoil sets in our range. It is the ideal set when you want to start hydrofoiling. The Dwarf Craft V2 has a super nice surfboard construction, which gives the board a relatively light weight and high volume. That makes it very easy to navigate. The Hover Glide FKite has a 72cm mast with a 1250cm² front wing which makes the Fkite super easy to lift in low wind at low speed. The 72cm mast makes it possible to start in slightly shallower water and not to stand too high on your foil. Depending on your weight and level you can choose a different size Dwarf Craft V2. Assuming you are a beginner, we roughly recommend the following sizes: 65 – 80: 110cm / 75>kg: 120cm. The bigger you take the board in the beginning, the easier it is. The 100cm is recommended for more advanced hydrofoil kite surfers.

The foil board ensures that you can carve great and have all the control when you practice the latest tricks. The slightly larger Dwarf Craft V2 110 cm has a little more stability and volume thanks to its slightly larger size, making this size Dwarf Craft V2 the perfect combination of comfort and progression. This size is perfect for the intermediate. The Dwarf Craft V2 120cm is perfect for freeriding. The Dwarf Craft V2 120cm has more volume, which makes the foilboard feel super stable and easy to sail.

The Dwarf Craft V2 2023 has a concave deck, with a concave running through the top of the foil board. This makes the foil board turn more sensitive and the foil board feels much more direct. This Slingshot Hover Glide Fkite V6 is designed to teach as many riders as possible how to foil. The Hover Glide has been known for years as one of the most intuitive foils on the market, giving the rider the confidence to make maximum progress. The Slingshot Hover Glide Fkite delivers the perfect mix of performance and comfort, making the foil feel familiar quickly. Thanks to its evenly distributed stability, lift, and maneuverability, riders get the all-round performance that helps them make progress.

The wings of this Slingshot Hover Glide Fkite V6 are made of carbon and the fuselage and mast are made of forged aluminum, making the foil lightweight and providing a responsive ride thanks to its stiffness. The INFINITY front wing is 63cm from tip to tip and has a surface area of 1231cm2. The front wing provides a friendly character and delivers the perfect balance between speed, stability, lift, and maneuverability. The tips of the front wing are not sharp! Because the wingtips fold downwards, a smooth and soft tip edge is created that prevents injuries. In addition, the tips provide extra stability and a predictable ride. The rear wing provides extra stabilization. The rear wing is 42cm and provides the right amount of lift and speed.

The fuselage is adjustable thanks to a locking mechanism that allows for 2 positions of the front wing. The A position aligns the front wing perfectly with the mast. In the B position, the front wing is further forward relative to the mast, which shifts the lift center forward. Slingshot recommends the B position for all sports except windfoiling. The 72cm mast is perfect for beginners and even a large portion of advanced riders. The mast ensures that you don’t hover too high above the water, which creates a safe and familiar feeling. The fast mounting system of the Slingshot Hover Glide Fkite V6 has been made even lighter this year and offers the ability to place the foil further forward or backward.

The Slingshot Hover Glide Fkite V6 comes with a handy neoprene cover and travel case where you can transport the entire foil. The travel case is clean and fully padded and has padded and cushioned compartments for your wings, mast, fuselage, and all associated hardware. Combined with the neoprene covers, your foil is maximally protected for short and long foil trips.
